Results
Expected major PROJECT OUTPUTS and RESULTS:
- Engineering, design, build up and first industrial application of a 4000 litre/week (200 m3/year) capacity industrialized PROTECTOR Solid Substrate Fermentation and Formulation System (SSFF) in West Hungary in Fejer County for recycling and re-use of food industrial by-products.
- Industrial testing of the PROTECTOR eco-innovative recycling technology for 24 months duration.
- Industrial production of 25 tonnes of agro-biotechnology formulated animal bone char horticultural biofarming natural mineral products.
- Development of detailed PROTECTOR recycling technology process manual.
- Development of wide European replication, marketing and licensing programmes.

The PROTECTOR added value microbiological product
for safe crop production and nutrition.
During the project two industrialized final PROTECTOR product (fungus and bacterial) will be produced. The two stage SSFF technology will be flexible designed for different already succesfully selected and other potential microbial strains demand.

- Completed process control system design.
